 At CrestVal Consulting Services LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and advisory services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for the services offered through our website (https://crestvalconsulting.com/home) and elsewhere.

 Cancellation by the Client

• Before Project Initiation: Cancellations requested before project commencement will be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative charges incurred.
• After Project Initiation: Once the project has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, as agreed in the service agreement.

Cancellation by CrestVal Consulting

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
  • A full refund will be issued to the client, or
  • Services will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

• Services were not delivered as agreed upon in the service agreement.
• Payment was made in error, and no significant work has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

• If the client decides to cancel after the project is 50% or more completed.
• For any delays caused by the client, such as delayed approvals, responses, or provision of necessary information.
• For any services explicitly mentioned as non-refundable in the agreement.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@crestvalconsulting.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
• Upon review and approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method or bank account.

•  Send an email to info@crestvalconsulting.com with the subject line “Refund/Cancellation Request”.
• Provide details, including:
• Your name
• Service purchased
• Reason for cancellation/refund
• Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).
• Our team will review the request and respond within 3 working days with an outcome or request for further clarification.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds may take additional time to reflect in the client’s account, depending on their bank or payment provider.
